    One last thing to try:

    Still gain at 30
But then start upping the Lfb. It might help hide the issue to a great deal.
Just go in increments of 10 or 20 up and up.
On your wheel I suspect that might help.
Go all the way to its max in those steps until maybe it gets okish.

Just out of interest, what's the minimum force set to in the FFB_custom_settings file?

    [QUOTE = "NuScorpii, poste: 69937, membre: 17424"] Est-ce pour 0.8.4 ou 0.8.7?

Un gain de 70% sur une DD2 vous ferait penser qu'il n'y a pas assez de marge pour les roues inférieures. Sauf si vous avez diminué la force dans le panneau de configuration DD2? [/ QUOTE]
    yes

Try setting that to 0.00 and use that custom default. I had a play with minimum force a couple of days ago and it made it pretty jolty on the bumps.
    Just a thought mate.

it looks like the game is out for the g27 but the updates are made for the direct drive make the game unplayable with more modest steering wheel

Thanks , no good mate :( Im done , going back to rF2 until next update ! Ive spent too much time moving the sliders in 5% increments back and forth on slider at a time with no difference ! It just feels so wrong now and even removing the whole Documents folder made no change .

That custom FFB is based on the "OLD Default". It also has a bunch of extra stuff not from the original file, most of it commented out. It also comments out some things that are in the file by default. Did you add all the customisations yourself or download the file from someone else?

Its the default Documents file from back in March ! I had just renamed it and forgot about it and tonight i found it and re renamed it back and started using it ! It feels like i need it to feel without that bad on / off FFB i have been trying to fix in the newer builds !
If i keep that file will i always be able to use it and have the FFB like it is right now if Reiza change it bad again ?

What in-game settings were you using with the 0.8.4 'new default'?

It felt great for me with CSW 2.5, can't see there being a massive difference between the 2/2.5.

me in 0.8.4 in new default I had 60/10/25 I felt great.
now in 0.8.7 impossible to find an adjustment the body is downright uncontrollable I have the impression of having negative forces

That's a diff file between two different versions of the ffb file. It won't work because AMS will fail to parse it. If you are trying to use it I'd have thought it will just default back to New Default.
