I know it is not that important but I do not understand why Menu Spring has stopped working since the first update. Whilst it’s no bid deal really, I found it quite useful after a race for the wheel to centre itself ready for the next session. I expected it to correct in subsequent updates.

    Any ideas people?

I noticed the same thing yesterday, except it was a real problem, with my wheel not centered a random setting would just start changing values, which took me a bit to figure out what was happening, and then I had no idea where that value started from - 6th gear ratio iirc.

I don't suppose you guys have spring force turned off in your wheel software?

    Hi again Gordie

Good call... I will have a look in the TM control panel tonight when I get back on.

    Cheers fella!

Ok this is what I have and I am unsure if these settings are affecting anything.

If spring is set to zero there then menu spring won't work.

I've had spring off in TM the whole way through development and did have functioning menu spring ingame until 3 or 4 updates ago (at a guess.) Not bothered about it though so never brought it up.

Nope, this is definitely a bug.
The centering spring works as intended in the car/track selection screen, turn the wheel and it cycles through the options, let the wheel go and it centers itself.
Once you at the track and go into any of the menus - Options, Setup etc, the wheel is loose for about 270' and it does not center when let go, meanwhile which ever item is selected will keep changing value.

I still don't and I'm sure there are more important bugs to fix.
