So ever since the last update (0.8.7.1) I've been getting this error whenever I try and start the game in Oculus VR compatibility mode.

Headset is an Oculus CV1. Game still seems to work okay after clicking ok, but I have had some weird tracking issues/frame drops that weren't previously present.

Oculus software is up to date. Win10 v1909.

I get this issue too with my Rift S. However, it actually started happening about a day after the latest update. So it might be tied to some update done by Steam rather than AMS 2.

that happens to more games since last Oculus update.
    Its Steam - Oculus related.

Ah, that makes sense. I've just noticed that it seems to be locking the game at 45fps now instead of 90 too, oddly.

Happens with PCars2 and Dirt Rally 2 too. There was a Steam update just before it started happening for me so likely to be that.
