Do a file integrity check in Steam. Verify Integrity of Game Files - How To's - Knowledge Base - Steam Support
Do you have the other new cars? Do the integrity check then change the cars from series to all/single and just look one at a time, hopefully it's just getting passed over with the growing many cars available.
