I am one of the early alpha-testers of racecraft.online (racecraft.online - Sim Racing Ranked Matchmaking System for Automobilista 2), which is currently in the alpha-testing stage and we would love to have a few more drivers to help us test features further before a future launch. This is a straightforward appeal for AMS2 drivers to help by signing up to specific, scheduled races so that we can ensure we have full grids and multiple splits per race. We are initially looking to use about an hour of your time - with most of it being spent racing in AMS2! We are specifically aiming to arrange test sessions (races!) on Saturday 11th December (tomorrow) at 21:00 GMT and the same time again next Saturday. If a group of regular AMS2 drivers could join us for one, or both, of these tests that would be fantastic! The more the merrier! For those interested, the long-term goal of racecraft.online is to provide regular scheduled races, in various classes, with a progression-based system that allows drivers to prove their Safety, Consistency and Pace in order to earn Licenses and invites to more prestigious events.

We ran a limited test yesterday and it was great fun. Things we can confirm are that: - the system is handling multiple drivers joining a race, with the grid back-filled with AI. - race results and amendments to Pace, Safety and Consistency are being recorded into the portal correctly and quickly. We are hoping to run full-human-grid test races tonight and then again on Tuesday evening!
