    Hello,

When I join a multiplayer race, I'm always been disconnected after starting the race : I start to drive and one or two minutes later I'm disconnected.

Could you help me please. Thank you.

If you're being disconnected it's more than likely your Internet connection is the cause and only you and your Internet provider can fix that.

Possibly the servers you are using have a higher ping than is acceptable.

if you are doing then don't use wi-fi. Also what are the connection values you are seeing in the lobby you join?

Please disable UDP telemetry in the System Settings (if it is on) and come back to is to know if that fixed your issue. UDP telemetry constantly sends data packets to your router that might overload it to the point you disconnect

Maybe double check if udp settings are of in ams2, you can find that in the options/system settings, udp send a large quantity of data, something especially older routers cant handle properly

    Hi,
since a few days i have connection issues too.
After a few rounds in race i'm diconnected.
    Thats not the biggest Problem.
The bigger problem is my falling Rating .
one time the diconnect cost me arround 40 points of my rating so i felt from 1633 down to 1594.
That sucks more than the lost race.
Weeks before there were no issues with the connection.
Im using only Lan Cable no wifi.
    Please fix this.

    Hey,
don't know about fixing the connection issue.
After racing at afternoon without problems a new Problem is here.
When i tried to Race again a few minutes ago mi Rating is totaly crashed.
Now my Rating ist complete reset to U1500 and there are no mor statistics in my profile.
I thought thes Rating profile is saved online.
But now it seems to be lost.
Another issue is that now i can't save anything else.
Setups, steering settings etc. nothing will be saved.
The comes a advice that this could not be saved .
    Really frustrating at the moment.
My Rating was at A1609 before this happened....make me really angry.
I reinstalled the game but its the same as before

Have you tried renaming the automobilista 2 folder in my documents? Reinstalling leaves that untouched i think, and by renaming you effectively reset ams2, will still reset your offline progress, but might fix your rating

Sounds like your My Documents -folder is volatile and is being overwritten by something (OneDrive?) or is on a drive without write permissions.
