   I'm trying the windows key, alt tab and even Ctrl alt delete but i can't exit to desktop.
   The only thing that works occasionally is when i press f8 which brings up a windows media player.
   
   Any idea?

   As a workaround open steam overlay with shift + tab and then alt-tab.
   
   I'm actually forced to do that for both AMS2 and pCars2 here.
