How quickly and easily Reiza could dramatically improve the multiplayer in the game?

Hello, I have not written here before, because I found answers to all my questions on my own.
I am a big fan of the first and second Automobilista, I consider both parts the best products on the market.
But both games suffer from unpopular multiplayer. It is a pity that this fact does not allow you to enjoy the game to the fullest.
At one time I wanted to solve this issue myself. I know how to program and wanted to create something like LFM for both the first and second parts.
As a result, I studied the AMS2 / Project Cars2 API quite carefully - it is not bad and quite well developed.
True, I found several pitfalls that can create problems. As a result, although I have enough technical skills, I may not have enough free time
and advertising funds to attract the attention of players to my rating system.
On the other hand, Reiza could have done it very easily, and the attention of the players would have been attracted automatically due to her authority.
I know that the company is already working on an advanced multiplayer system, but I want to offer a solution that may be better, or may just be suitable for the first time.

    So what should be done?
    1. Reset the current player rating.
    2. Allow users to create ONLY UNRANKED lobbies.
    3. Rent a vps server somewhere in New York (now the north is somewhere in northeastern Europe, as I understand it), so that the majority have a good ping.
    4. Run several lobbies every hour using a simple script on the server. Let's say two lobbies with slow cars for everyone, including Rookies.
And the third lobby is for advanced ones, for example, those with a rating of 1600+ or with a high security rating.
    5. Let's rotate cars and tracks once a week in a series for Rookies and in a series for Pro.

In fact, that's all that's required. As a result, regular races will take place every hour, and if something goes wrong with the lobby, another one will start in an hour.
Offhand, I don't see what could go wrong and why it's hard to do.
This system can be further developed, for example, to begin with, display a rating table inside the interface of the game program, connect statistics, and so on.
But without all this, just hourly regular races with normal rules and within the same series would be much better than what we have now.

    Hey ;)
I've already built system similar to LFM or iRacing, checkout racecraft.online - Sim Racing Ranked Matchmaking System for Automobilista 2, it doesnt have a lot of features yet but it's quite advanced technologicaly, I am able to host dozens of race servers at once everywhere in the world.
Development took me 2-3 years of my free time and I am still improving it from time to time.

The thing is that almost nobody wanted to race on racecraft.online :) so currently I am hosting only one race series everyday at 19:00 UTC and I am racing alone against AI, you're welcome to join ;)
