Time trial settings?

    Hello,I want to play the time trial against the shadow,But in the settings I can set the wheels not to spin and the traction to full, but it is not taken over in the game.which .ini is responsible for possibly configuring it by hand?I just want all the help.but it is not adopted.Please help.Thank you
