Height offset in VR and recentering does not work

Hi, with my Pimax Crystal I do have frequently an offset in the height of the VR view and recentering does not work. This problem I only do have in AMS2, all other VR applications are fine. Is there a solution known? Switching through the camers does not help.

 

I solved it, in the beginning I had ordered the Crystal without controllers, but now with having them, I made the room setup and problem is gone. A bit strange is, in the beginning I had no problems.

 

Hmm… I use a Pimax Crystal without controllers as well, although I have gone through the room setup at one time, but after a software update it wanted me to do the room update once again but I've just never bothered. But maybe you just needed to use a controller once to set the floor height, and then that was it? Anyway, let's hope for smooth sailing from here.
