AMS Won't Start, Config.exe error too

I just installed Automobilista on my machine through Steam and when I click start, it begins to load showing the small Automobilista logo and then it disappears and my button goes back to Play on steam.

If I try to manually start the config.exe file or the automobilista exe file, I get the errors shown in the screenshots I've attached to this post.

I run a
Intel i7-14700kf
32gb Ram
RTX 3080 TI

I have all .Net Frameworks installed
I have installed directx libraries

Something doesn't add up. Any help would be appreciated.

Just a thought, have you tried setting the compatibility mode to something like Windows 7?
