Lamborghini gt3 evo 2 has insane lap times. 3 secs faster than other gt3 cars

Did a few races using the gt3 new gen class and the Lamborghini lap times are insane and unrealistic. The AI cars always outqualify everything in its class and this makes it an unenjoyable experience.

 

It seemingly got a BOP pass in the latest patch. I noticed this issue to be very pronounced when you skip a session. In regards to timetrial though, there was no reset yet as of today, so it is most likely going to be an evergreen issue until something is done.

 

If you used simulated quali times ("Skip to end" button), this is a known issue that should be fixed in next patch. These bogus simulated times for this car are not correlated to their actual performance on track.

 

Yeah... No... The Audis and Lambos are still out of wack in both gen1 and 2. They reach higher top speed way too easily, faster than most other GT3s. I know wing settings differ from car to car and should not be held any tangible value, but still, set any of those 3 at 4 wings (which is middle of their settings) and use another GT3s that has the range going up to 10 or 12 set at 4 as well. They will easily do 6-10 kph more on longer straights.

Did some more multiplayer with both 720s yesterday and anytime I had one of those in my mirrors at the start of a straight I knew I could do nothing, as if they had DRS. You can only wish them to mess braking zones. And of course, time trials are also not to be taken at face value, but they still tells a kind of story you can semi-trust, there are pages filled with them with the odd non V10 cars in there.

Tried them myself and usually within 2-3 laps after getting to temp, I end up beating my Z06 laptime by a good margin, that I would have spent a couple dozens of minutes to set. Could be they suit my driving style better in their default setup, sure, but I tend to not believe so when looking at the bigger picture.

Edit they are also faster than the SuperTrofeo in term of top speed, which to my knowledge should not be the case, the ST should top at 310kph, but is somehow stuck at about 285 (hitting limiter, with no way to change its gearing ratio).
