I want to know if some of you have used class scoring for a championship and if you see what I see. When I create a championship, I make sure "Use Class Scoring" is ON. However, sometimes I see (during practice) the position will show where I am out of the total number or cars. Other times, it will show my position in my class. This doesn't seem to be consistent. I can't predict when it will show the position in my class. Is there any other setting that forces this display on the HUD? I don't normally change anything. But, (I think it's only in championship mode but not sure), the scoring seems to work per class. For example today I was racing three classes. I am messing around with custom championships.. so in my first practice, I see the top left HUD showing my position, then my position in my class. In the list (in the pits) I see my position but also showing where I am in my class. Then I start a new championship, select the same settings ("Use Class Scoring" = YES).. but then I only see my position total, and there is no reference to classes. Sorry if I typed too much lol.. I'm not sure if I'm being clear. Just curious about how this is supposed to work.
Same issue here. It works in single race, but in championships it never shows my class-relative position, just the overall position.
Yeah it's weird because I am starting a new championship and after my first race it seems to work. This is using GT3, GT4, and ldmf (or whatever those are lol).. so I wonder if it's a track or car issue.
Understand if you can't provide an answer, but do you think the next build that contains this fix would be in a major build or just a patch? Just wondering if I should go ahead and start a new season or hold off for a while.
