I'd probably go with RDR2. I hadn't plyed RDR1 before and was totally unexperienced with games like that. The whole world in RDR2 has simply blown me away right from the very beginning.

I don't have a specific moment which I cherrish the most but the whole story of Arthur and - later - John.

Thank you all for repying. Mine would be either World of Warcraft or Guild Wars 1. 20 years ago these two were the MMORPG's to be. Technology advanced into better internet speeds, etc. It was totally possible to host a lot of people on a couple of servers and made it alive and immersive.

Teaming up with friends, guild mates, having fun on ventrillo or teamspeak or just in the chat. Exploring area's, downing enemies and getting lost in Stormwind or Ironforge were special. Both games felt so huge in comparion versus GTA3, for example. Crossing continents either by foot or mounts could take a couple of hours.

I tried WoW Classic, but the feeling of being amazed and being clueless never made an appearance. Yes, WoW or GW1 would be my choice if I could erase my memory.

    Project Cars 2

Finally upgraded from the Logitech G27 to Fanatec Csl DD 8nm.

Bentley Speed 8 @ Zolder is monumental fun

I had read some posts about driving in snow also, here is my fully fun recommendation for tons of fun....Renault 5 Turbo @ snowy Nords (setting it to specific time of day makes it even more beautiful)

    Ferrari 333SP @ Mugello....heartifull.

Apologies for the off-topic comment but I couldn't resist noting my main frustration with LMU that has made me put it aside for now: you cannot choose grid sizes -- instead it forces you to always use a full grid which is anywhere from 13 to 19 cars per class. I get that it's centered around endurance racing but for people like myself who don't have a ton of time for racing, and even doing a one hour sprint race is unlikely, but yet still love WEC and the cars and tracks involved, it's a dealbreaker to constantly be forced into full size grids. For example if I only have time to do a 30 minute sprint race at Imola, it devolves into a convoy around the track because there are just too many cars. Every other racing game/sim has the option to set the grid size, but for some reason LMU still doesn't have it.

This post was moved from Development Blog to General Chat as it was off-topic
