Unfortunately, it's not the same result. The internal processing or the internal FFB algorithm of the bases can do this much better and without causing anomalies. Regardless of whether it is a custom file or Reiza’s defaults

You can also have a great experience with a G25, as I did with a G923. And honestly, I don't see any reason to use static force reduction with the low forces from these gear bases

so reducing the cornering tire forces without losing the tire locking forces can't be achieved?

So what is the intention of that line, if it's not for "static force reduction" like the line says. I am confused.

The intention was exactly what the bases do. It just doesn't work as intended, in my opinion, or rather, the bases can implement it better. That doesn't mean you can't use it; if you like it better, use it. I don't like it, and that's why I prefer using it on the base. It's all a matter of taste

There are bases (software) that don't have that feature, unfortunately, and I have one of them, a Simagic Alpha. What could be some possible side effects to using that line as it was intended? Thanks for your replies.

Don't worry about this feature. Even without this setting, everything is fine. I only recommended a very low value of 4-8%. Cars with high downforce, in particular, can be driven more comfortably this way. But rally cars or rally games can benefit the most from it. This setting can be useful for higher forces with DDS. You can feel the details of the torque effects better, but you don't have to constantly fight the steering wheel. But as I said, it's not a problem without this function, so don't worry about it

Just wanted to give a quick shoutout and say thanks for your efforts! I wasn't quite happy with the feeling of my G923 - it still felt very loose and floaty at times. Decided to jump down the custom FFB rabbit hole, and your file did not disappoint!

Hello, it's a shame that the Logitech G Pro Racing Wheel that I have doesn't have any recommendations.

I'm already preparing this base. Try the following:

    In-game: Gain 65%
    LFB: 0%
FX: 12-18% or for all rally cars and karts 20-30%
    Damping: 0

    Base Settings:
    Operating Angle: 900°
    Dampener: 0
    Strength: 11 Nm
Force Feedback Filter: 0-8 (Test the filter to find the best setting for AMS2)

Trueforce is currently not supported by Ams2

Thank you, on the Logitech website it is indicated that True Force is implemented.

I'm not aware of this at the moment. Currently, there are only a few games that use TrueForce. ACC / Iracing / Dirt Rally 2 are examples. AMS 2 isn't included, as far as I know. But I could be wrong; perhaps there are other Logitech GPro users here who can comment on this.

    @Danielkart
Have been using your FFB files since V60, can't play without them! I've had a break from AMS2 since 1.6 and grabbed your V7000 Top Speed file for my CSL DD 8nm.

It's great but I have one question that you had helped me with before on your FFB file V500 back in 2023, I asked about more curb feeling in that file and you recommended to copy 'Road features' settings from V80 to V500 and also increasing 'suspension scale' up from 30 to 45 and it was a work of art, I could feel the curbs and have been doing it since (missed anything released after 1.6 update)!

I have tried doing the same thing again in V7000 but I still feel zero curb vibration in the wheel.

I'm using the recommended DD settings and in game settings from the file and the only changes I've done are the ones mentioned above, any ideas if there is anything else I can do?

Thank you again for your work.

    Good morning!
Glad you're back playing Ams2. I think you like feeling the curbs a lot, and of course, the V7000 top speed isn't the V80 or V500. If you prefer such strong vibrations, there are two reasons why it was stronger with the V80. The in-game FX was recommended much higher, and this value in the file was much higher for the curb vibrations (kerbs_surface_scale). If you increase these two things, you'll also feel more of the curbs, but you'll also increase other FFB details, which can have negative consequences. Ultimately, it's your taste, and you have to like it, so just test it out;)
Of course you can also stay with your old file if you feel better with it

Thanks again for the advice and with the files. I wouldn't be playing at all without your FFB files!

Hello y'all, what are your recommendations for the moza r3? I tried the rack force ffb and it's different but in a kinda good way compared to default +. But it still feels kinda weightless on gt3's

Hey guys! There have been major updates to the Moza and Simucube 2 bases, which may result in new and modified base settings and in-game settings. I was also able to test a new Simagic Evo. Therefore, there will be an update to the V7000 Topspeed. Perhaps even a fine-tuning of the very well-functioning V7000 Topspeed. Additionally, some new bases will be added for both files:

    - Moza R3 (3Nm)
    - Thrustmaster T598 (5Nm)
    - Logitech G-Pro (11Nm)
    - Simagic Alpha Evo Sport (9Nm)
    - Simagic Alpha Evo (12Nm) ( tested base)
    - Simagic Alpha Evo Pro (18Nm)

Maybe this will help some people who don't have the time or inclination to deal with many settings. See you in the next few weeks;)

    Hey Guys!
The V7000 Topspeed has been expanded with the V7000 Topspeed (Fine-tuning Version) and is now online on page 458 of this thread. It features the new major updates from Simucube and Moza, as well as new bases that I've added.Enjoy the expansions;)
