No handbrake bind?

    Where is the bind setting for a handbrake in AMS2? I have a separate analog rally handbrake but cant find the binding for a handbrake in settings anywhere.

    I guess there is none.... - as in, no handbrake in any cars.
    I think I hunted once, long ago, also.

    It's called "Extra Brake" in the English localisation of the UI. Directly under "Brake" in the control bindings.

    Please note that not all cars have a handbrake. Try an RX car or similar to test it out.

    No it's not and stop suggesting this. That is for the McLaren F1 extra left-right brake feature. It is not a handbrake! I want a real handbrake axis setting.

    • The McLaren MP4/12 has a second brake pedal that only applies brake force on one side of the car. This brake is activated using the extra brake key assignment. The side affected by the extra brake depends on the direction of the circuit (right for clockwise circuits, left for anti-clockwise circuits).

    I have a Sim-lab handbrake mapped to the "extra-Brake" and it works as expected with cars that support a handbrake (RallyX & Caterhams, IIRC).
