How to change date of race?

I cannot seem to find the option to change the date of the race. Where can I find it?

Reiza removed The option during the beta phase iirc. I think it was causing problems with tyre / track temps.

I may be wrong, but I think Renato said there was a plan to have selectable dates with correct foliage etc at some point.
