    You can try this one, eventually, Download DirectX End-User Runtime Web Installer from Official Microsoft Download Center or try admin-rights, etc.

    If I remember correctly you've to delete a file in installation-folder to make AMS1 work. I think it was the directx file or dx3.dll or something....

    Try a verify cache too Make sure your mydocuments doesn't upload/save to Onedrive. Download AMS2 on another computer and see if it saves...

    Try a verify cache, new AMS2 my documents, etc. If it crashes on long sessions could also perhaps mean your PSU, RAM or overheating. Check those too.
