I use VoiceAttack, steep learning curve for me but well worth it. There is or was a voice pack you can get that confirmed your various requests.
Probably been mentioned but monitor cameras keep cycling views, I don't use this very often and maybe this is why. Quite annoying.
There is a version, Owen Evans on YouTube demo'd it a few months ago but it seems to have been canned for some reason. Great track.

Have you deleted/reset your your setups? That usually sorts out any oddities after a big update.
Fred has just updated his mods for 1.6.
