    Forcing AMS2 to start on second/third monitor, and missing resolution in options menu

    OK so I have a bit of a weird setup now with my new monitor; I have two monitors that are 1920x1080, and one that is 3440x1440 (1440p widescreen)....

    Selecting which monitor to start AMS2 on

    Hey folks, Bought AMS2 yesterday and having a good time trying out all the cars and tracks; but I have a question regarding starting the game up...
