    Menu FPS limit

    Is there a reason why there is no FPS limit on the menus? My PC is hitting 1200fps and screaming for no reason on the menus? I don't believe this...

    Well im finding that if i remove the d3d.dll it will run in a flat screen cinema mode but with it in the AMS folder it will not load the game at...
