I can confirm this. It´s the same with Steering Sensitivity ans Speed Sensitivity. BTW, thanks for the info, i thought it´s not possible to save. :-)
Some controller settings like Steering Sensitivity and Speed Sensitivity can´t be saved, they reset every time. I´m using a xBox Controller.
