My two cents on this AI train thing: Fast AI which are going to overtake slower ones catch up very quick, but then, instead of going for the move...
They only question I dare to answer is the one according the fuel load. I think that the AI tanks up as much fuel as they need to finish the race...
Unfortunately, AI still come too close to other cars and instead of using the free space for an overtake, they ram car in front and brake.
