Half of those cars are turbos so they are pretty fast in Monza 1991. NA cars are generally slower than turbos on straights.
In my opinion AI is still too easy when using 120 difficulty. It of course varies by different classes and cars but open wheelers seems too easy.

There is audio crackling issue with McLaren MP4/5B on new update 1.5.3.2. Seems to be on low speeds and when using pit limiter (60 KPH).
If you lock up your tires then you are getting flatspots and that will eat tires away. Brake more gently and balance with brake pressure.
