***Fixed*** turned off audio enhancements and exclusive use in Windows audio settings
***Update*** Doesn’t fix it. Volume is low compared to other sims, regardless of audio settings.
So, changing player volume and vehicle to 99 and in windows enable Sonic surround for headphones has fixed it. Weird.
