1.6.9 crashes when entering a custom championship

    Tried out 1.6.9 this morning and wanted to continue a championship. However, after clicking on it, the game crashed. 3 times. Cannot remember having had a crash before. Maybe once or twice 6 months ago. Anyone else having this? Time trial and single race went smoothly.
