Hi, I've been away for a while and recently started up a new GT3 championship. My usual settings (AI around 96, aggression high) used to work great. Now, in my first race, I'm getting a full course caution almost every lap at the beginning of my race (Daytona). Not sure if there are other settings I've missed but I am trying to understand what else changed. Any thoughts? What do you set your AI to for a good season/race?
This may be a bug but not sure. At Daytona, in a multi-class race, the GT4 cars almost always hit the inside barrier on turn one.. almost every lap... and I get a yellow each time.. Not sure if I should report as a bug but will try a few more times.
I'm doing a 6 hour GT3 and LMDH race at Daytona and there have been two full course yellows in the first 10 laps, but it then was clear for the next hour. I do think the AI are still getting a bit close to the wall at T1, but only by a fraction.
Thanks Odd Socks this confirms what I see.. they always cut the grass. The GT3 and LMDH seem to just miss the wall but the GT4 cars seem to always pile into it. Perhaps I'll give it more time and let it happen as it happens.
