Add more than x7 consumption value for fuel and wheels? possible?

Hi there, I want to know, we make races and we love to use the pit stop rule every time, but we want to use the consumption of wheels and fuel for short races... but for that we need to increase the x7 value for a high value like x9 or x10, so we can race short races and use pit stops because of high consumption.

There is a way? thank you so much.
