AI race engineer like Crew Chief

Hey guys

I remember seeing a thread in the AMS forum about a project/add-on, where you get a race engineer like crew chief, but it works with AI. What I mean by that is that the voice is generated, not pre-recorded, and you can ask questions in many ways and you don't need to use specific sentences since AI understands you better.

The thing is, I can't find the forum post again or the name of the project. I knew there were even Youtube videos with tutorials, and I think the developer is from Germany. Can someone help me out with the name or even the OG forum post about this?

just watched a vid but this is by far not usable for me. Perhaps later when it has evolved more.
