ams 2 steam?

hi,i paid for early acces of ams 2,today the beta is out but i dont have in steam,can somebody say why?thanks guys

I have problems with using paypal (I just want to use my CC) and I see I have Windows 8.1, is that a version of Win 7 which will work wth AMS2 or do I have to update to Win 10?
