I joined an online race with Racedepartment last night and as soon as the server changed over from Practice to Qualify session I had no sound. This happened on Spielberg 1977. While it was in Practice mode I had no sound problems. Rebooting the computer and restarting the game made no difference. The same happens at the other Spielberg layout, 1974, National and modern Spielberg. We were driving the Caterham Cars.
I then tried other cars and the same happened, sound perfect in Practice mode but no sound in Qualify or Race modes. I then loaded Johannesburg 1976 and the sound was perfect for all sessions, the same for Cadwell Park - no sound issues.
Today I did further tests and took different cars to some tracks. Spielberg same sound problems, Johannesburg 1976 no sound problems, Cadwell Park no sound problems.
I also tried Taruma today and I get sound issues in all sessions. There are sound but it partially disappear after half a lap. Then the full sound will come back and then disappearing again. So it's as if the sound here is intermittent. Does not matter what car I select the sound issues on these tracks are the same.
I do have CTD issues since the update and completely disabled DynHUD and renamed the d3d9.dll file.
I did find that the FPS is dropping from 107FPS starting from AMS.exe to 70FPS when starting the game from Steam Library.
I did do integrity check of all files.
I have no add-on mods installed.
I have no other overlays in game.
Any help to locate the problem would be appreciated.

GOT IT FIXED thanks - Lowering many settings in AMS trying to get a higher FPS, I also lowered the Audio PostFX. Doing that the Reverb was switched off and guess what, yes that caused my sound issues.
    So fixed thanks.
