Hey there, not sure if this is the right place to post but I am hitting a bit of a brick wall with Steam. On Christmas Eve, I accidentally bought the incorrect AMS bundle on Steam which includes AMS, AMS Beta, AMS 2020-21 Season Pass and AMS2 (about £30). What I wanted to buy was AMS2 and the AMS2 2020-21 season pass (about £57). Now that I have played 12 hours of AMS2, Steam are refusing to refund me for the incorrect bundle. I have not downloaded or even installed AMS1, and I have no intention of doing so. Is there anything the Reiza team can do to help? I do not want to buy the game twice to get the deal on the correct bundle.
