Any way to remove all movement in the chase camera?

Hi, guys.

Is there any way to remove all movement in the chase camera?

I have already removed all movement from all other inside cameras, but the chase camera keeps moving with g forces.
I understand that it isn't the most realistic view, but I use a very old and small LG TV as monitor, and it sucks.
I usually move the roof view with the CTRL+K command, but some parts of the car are understandably missing, since they wouldn't appear otherwise. It also resets at every new race, and gets messy sometimes.

Any ideas?
