AUS/NZ Combined Racing League annual Daytona 24 weekend

The 2026 24 Hours of Daytona sees a new race format that was used during last year's Le Mans 24 Hour race with 2 separate races each 2 hours 24 minutes in length at x5 time progression.

This allows any driver to enter for only one of the races to chase victory in the chosen race session or do the double solo aiming for ultimate stardom winning the Daytona 24 with the shortest accumulated race time from both races.

With a total racing time over the 2 races just shy of 5 hours recreating this classic race and keeping with ANZCRL's DNA Driver Swap system giving opportunity for driver swaps between sessions for a true team experience. Those that are up for the challenge as mentioned earlier can run solo over the 2 race sessions.

Each of the two races will still have podium celebrations with certificates going out to these winners, but the ultimate will be walking away with the overall class victory over the two race sessions to become ANZCRL's 2026 Daytona 24 race winner.

The races will be run over 2 x 2 hour 24 minute sessions with a session both Saturday and Sunday night simulating a full 24 hours game transition.

Saturday 31st January
6:00pm Lobby open - 10 minutes
6:10pm Practice - 15 minutes
6:30pm Qualifying - 20 minutes (GTE out for the 1st 10 minutes then DPi for final 10 minutes)
7:00pm Race 1 Roar While You Snore - 144 minutes
9:30pm Finish

Sunday 1st February
6:00pm Lobby open - 10 minutes
6:10pm Practice - 15 minutes
6:30pm Qualifying - 20 minutes (GTE out for the 1st 10 minutes then DPi for final 10 minutes)
7:00pm Race 2 Daytona 2.4 - 144 minutes
9:30pm Finish
