Automobilista 2 - Extended Track Info Spreadsheet

    I thought I would share with you all a little taste of what is to come.. Rather than waiting to release all track info I will be added to this spreadsheet incrementally over the coming weeks/months..

    - Weather info is a guide and is derived from data between 1985/2005-2015 from timeanddate.com.
    - Sunrise and Sunset is derived from this year for the first day of each month unless I can obtain the data that aligns with the year of the track
    - Pit length is derived from google maps and it is between entry point (a) to exit point (b) rather than limiter line to line.

    Really nice, maybe you can add track maps?
    Everything (or the most) what is needed can be found here:
    Home
    Track maps, date of operating, history,....
    Maybe a wbsite like this
    Categories | Cars of AMS2
    sorted by continent / state / track (general info like weather) / track layouts (with historic and currents), just an idea ;)

    There is already a small layout diagram and a link to a larger version in the first two leading columns (please see below)..

    Circuit history history will be left for @oez as he will use this data to create his new site..

    Sorts and filters will be added when more data becomes available..

    :eek: sorry, the icon of track layout is a bit small so I didn't see it
    Another source:

    But I think data is just till 2005, but there are some tracks.

    easily done... I can't make them any bigger for the spreadsheet however if you click on the link [ L ] it will redirect you to a larger version..

    Here is another great site with track database. Many many many tracks, also very special and Kart tracks as well and sometimes with pictures. Unfortunately it is not updated any more :(.

    Great start matey… here we go again :eek:.

    Idea: should we add coordinates? I can use that to give the user sunset/sunrise for any date on a track’s page.

    I would suggest that 'Azure Circuit' is in the region of Monte Carlo within Monaco
