Hello everyone! I'm looking for a good track for a Night-do-Day race against the AI. Seaching in Youtube, I've found nice candidates: Suzuka (Kansai) The track has superb at night, it has lamp posts though its entire length! Amazing visual, problably the best Reiza track for night races: Adelaide Very well lit, light post among the trees are quite beautiful, almost all corners have very good visibility, with just very few dark spots: Worth Mentioning Imola - Raced there at night before, very well lit, some dark corners, but in general good for night races. On par with Adelaide. Some "OK" Tracks Interlagos Not so well lit like the others. It has light reflectors spread throught the circuit, but they not iluminate very well. Easy to miss several corner marks there, you kinda need a driving readaptation. Last but not least, there are several tracks that has SOME ilumination in main straigth and a couple of corners, but the rest of it is completelly dark, meaning that just the Headlights are not enough for you to see your corner marks. Example: Brands Hatch. Do you guys have more examples? Post it (with video, if possible), so I can update this list.
IMHO the Reiza tracks are way, way darker than they should be. Some of them you can barely see a thing and the car's headlights are kinda of joke. It's a pity because one of the features that put AMS ahead is the time lapse but is fruitless when you cannot actually race at night. Reiza, please add some ambient light during night and a bit of emissive tone in materials as curbs painting. They're are pure dark at current stage.
