    Ai drivers are big red blocks that stick out through the car body!!

    Your Custom FFB file is 99% sure the reason for that. Please test without Custom FFB file.

    Could you and @Turbo Granny please tell me, which Custom FFB file you're using?

    I have one installed but don't use it, will remove it when i get back on....and yep same as @Turbo Granny 5.0.1.4.

    Doesn't need to be activated in settings, only having it in the profile folder can trigger these issues.
