I just did a Night race in Spa 1993 and there appeared "ghosts" all over the track. I had the same problem in Project Cars 2. Maybe someone know how to fix this.
Yeah this is a long standing issue carried over from PC2, it happens on many tracks at night time. I hope it is on the list of bugs to be squashed. They are a bit of an eyesore.
