    Why Brabham bt49 is missing skirts and in the basic setup the car is to much low, and in the showroom is to much high?

    According to Wikipedia, skirts were banned for the year Piquet won the championship

    Yes but the regulation was immediately circumvented by Brabham with idropneumatic suspension and flexible skirts.
