Bug: Formula Retro's fly in wet weather.

Cant post in the Bug Report thread so I'll just put it here.

Track & Layout Used: Kansai (Works on any track)
Car Used: Formula Retro (Any)
Applicable Settings: Weather - Storm (Or any setting rain related)
Report: Retro cars fly in wet weather when using wet tyres.
Steps to reproduce: Choose any Retro on any track in wet conditions, and equip wet tyres.
