Hi guys, I installed my buttkicker mini today to which I've tried with a few games. I tried it in iracing and it felt absolutely amazing, it was almost like the sound from the game was all portrayed through it, I could drive around without any I game sound and it felt so natural, I didn't change any settings. So I fired up AMS2 and it just felt really average and muddy. I can't interpret any of the sounds coming from it and I'm a bit disappointed cause I really enjoy this game. I've tried Sim Racing Studio and Simhub. Does anyone have any ideas on what to tweak or how to fix it? I get that I have to tune it but I can't even get it mildly close. Thanks, Rory

SimVibe. It's amazing, well for me anyways. I had an accuforce, which runs with Sim Commader4 so used it then, but when I sold and transferred my licence it was a no brainer for me. I bought SimVibe again. You're need anouther sound card too.

Thanks for the suggestions, I might look into simvibe! Do I need another sound card if I only run VR? I just can't get the engine right, it doesn't feel grunty at low rpm and it's like super high vibration when rpm is up, compared to iracing and my limited testing today. Cheers

If you're using the VR headset's built in sound via USB you can use your regular soundcard to run Simvibe provided it has at least four channels.

If your VR headset have speakers as expected you can use your onboard soundcard (E.g. Realtek) to output signal for your buttkicker. I can't comment for SimHub but it seems a very good program. I use SimVibe with my Buttkicker and it's great, but expensive. A lot of persons are happy with SimHub so I recommend checking SimHub forums to discuss with AMS2 users. If that don't do the trick, go Simvibe you will not regret.

Edit : Obizzz was quicker! ;)
