I know...what a fool..... Being hit with the previous CTD setup bug i deleted my setup folder knowing i could redownload my Go setups easily; I assumed one of their setups caused the CTD before i had read this forum. But bizarrely i forgot about all the default setups - I dont have those backed up. Using Steam ;Verify Files; doesn’t re-download them. Is the only option to get those defaults now to delete and reinstall the entire game?
Hello, Default setups are stored within the game. You can save default setups by saving the setup ingame when you're in the pits. You can alt-tab and go to the tuning folder in my documents. You will see that you've saved the default setup of said car. Alternatively if you mean you want your setups back. They are lost if you didn't backed them up. However, there's a trick you can try. Go to AMS2 folder in my documents > Right click > Properties > Previous versions tab > and hope your computer made a systemrestore of the folder. You can find your setups there and easily copy-paste them back into the original folder. Thank you Marius
