Cannot get 48 car field in championship mode.

I have no problem getting a 48 car field in single race, but I cannot when setting up a championship. I was wondering if anyone else has tried?

it's not surprising that there are still open questions in its implementation and testing is necessary. Like what happens if the first race is at LeMans with 48 cars, then the next race is at a kart track with only 20 grid slots? Someone's gonna try it and then call the game broken when they purposely try to break it :/

I'm sure Reiza will figure it out

 

The track with the lowest possible grid determines the max number of opponents in a championship. It has always been this way btw.
