I have a server open with me and a friend (all ports opened, server working fine) but you can't call any votes, not even me, the server-admin. I setup the server from in-game (I don't deal with that out-of-game Windows tool external "dedicated server" stuff)... I even tried enabling: Vote Min Voters="1" // minimum voters required to call vote (except for adding AIs) (default: 2) and Admin Functionality="3" // 0 = non-admin's can NEVER call or vote, 1 = non-admin's can't call or vote if admin is present, 2 = non-admin's can call and vote, but admin's vote wins, 3 = if non-admin calls, all voting is normal, but any admin calls win instantly (default: 1) Still no voting, only sending setups can be selected/highlighted. P.S. What's the difference between Admin Functionality 2 and 3. They both sound identical. They both basically say that all non-admins can call and vote but admin's vote wins. They sound identical.
