"Skip to end" in greyed-out in Testing Day Mode so I have to exit and lose my progress. I tried searching the forums but didn't find this issue posted.

    Thanks,

    Stuart

Maybe I'm misunderstanding you, but Test Day is a single session that doesn't really have a set end. The end is when you exit out of the Test Day session. What progress are you losing by exiting instead of skipping to the end? Like I said, there is nothing that comes after a Test Day.

If I', misunderstanding what you mean, please clarify :)

Thanks for your reply. Well, I figured it would save my best lap and best sector splits, at a minimum. You know. Some summary stats from the testing session.

    Test day doesn't save anything.
In time trial your best lap is saved along with its ghost and custom setup if you use one.

That's unfortunate. Can't imagine a real team testing a car and not have any data to show for it.

You can use telemetry software to record the shared memory for the entire session, that will contain pretty much everything you can get.

Well, I'm coming back one year later to find out that I asked the very same question a year ago. It's just bad design. When it warns you that you are going to lose progress, I assume that you are going to lose progress.
