Hi folks, Just a quick question, TLDR; Is there any way I can remove particular cars/models from appearing on track from individual multi-class groups? E.g, remove the gols/fusca etc, so that I only have puma b's / puma fl's and chevette's on track for example. Is there a way i can do this by manipulating install files, a config file or a skin mod to make a new group? Thanks for any tips if you have any to achieve this. -- In SCE/AMS1, I could delete the physical folders of the vehicles i didn't think worked for my race set ups so they didn't appear, I enjoy making race weekends with cars that match in look and/or performance, but I can't seem to do that in AMS2, nor is there a menu option to define what numbers of each car appear within their class - for example I want pumas ONLY on track, no fiats. It is my taste that i don't think the historic porsche match well with the corvettes c3, I for instance would like to have both models of the historic corvettes on track, OR just the porches. Algorithm favours unwanted models In multi class races i might have 4, 5, or 6 spots of each class available i have selected (meaning ive got different opalas, copa classics, vtc t1's etc) and the algorithm always favours the cars i don't want on track. Eg, seldom do i get a chevette, or a puma, it may give 1 of those if i have more than 6 spots for that class but more often it will give me 5 or so fiats that do not match what i am going for on track. It is just a matter of taste/opinion, but some of the groups seem to not match up well for numerous reasons imo. It would be nice to be able to select the the exact cars from each class that suit what i am attempting to create. Will this ever be an option? Cheers.
With the increasing amount of content, the only thing needed is a "favorites" system across car classes and cars and tracks like iRacing when a user can select "their" favorite piece of content and the world will become in order again.
That's a great idea. Especially the world becoming in order again .. Though I am sure someone somewhere has already asked these questions, I haven't been on the forums for quite some time so I am out of the loop so to speak. I did wonder if any user/front end options were planned to be added as things like favourites just seem so obviously a needed feature for both tracks and cars though i assume considering the game has been out for some years it will not happen.
