I was playing a 1992 F1 championship (I don't own the DLC but I could play the championship) for a few races but when I left after race 2 the save disappeared and there was no button for a new championship. I reinstalled the game and it didn't reset or fix anything.
Go to \Documents\Automobilista 2\savegame\374689817\automobilista 2\singlechamps and delete the blank .sav file. Everything should be working again afterwards.
