CPU load, game slow

    I've encountered a problem. My CPU is quite weak, and when I drive with bots, especially if there are a lot of them, time seems to slow down. How do I know when the game starts to slow down and what game settings should I lower to maximize CPU optimization?
    According to my observations, the game can slow down both at 80% CPU load and at 100%
