Create server using 'AMS Dedicated.exe'

Hi! so..
I was trying to create own server for chillin' with buddies,
but I had quite a hard time to make it work

I did port-forwarding these ports which is written in User Guide and other QnA thread on this forum.
Server Settings
Port Forwarding?
I'm pretty sure the ports are correct since i didn't edited Multiplayer.ini.



But if I click 'Load Tracks>>' in server tool, it says this.

When steam offline you cant create dedicated.

Try to make this tip. Open Steam Login window, but dont login in account. Create Server and it will work fine, than You can login in steam.
