Hello, a question about AI driver swap: Can I only select driver swap while driving in the pit menu? I can't find this option anywhere in the start menu to select it for a championship for all competitors (like in GT Racing Reality). And if I can only perform driver swap during the race, will the AI do it too?

Secondly, I'm playing in VR mode, and even though I've set the crew visibility to "All," I only see my pit crew, but not those of the AI opponents. The cars just hover in the pit. Is this a general bug?

I think I can answer both of your questions.
You can only select driver swap in the pit menu while driving. There is no other way to set it in any other menu. I don't think the AI ever swaps, but there would be no way to tell, as they only show the result of one name in the standings. They still pit when necessary so that works well.
Also, something to keep in mind, since a recent build (not sure which one) your AI co-driver is really stupid, meaning, (at least in the GT3 series) he always comes in to put with about 50% of fuel left.. so it messes up my endurance race when I want him/her to stay out longer. I've found no way to fix this so I just try to work around it, but it takes away some of the fun. I recommend a "test" race to see if this is the same in all of the series.
Regarding the other AI crews, I think I see the same thing as you with it set to "All" (I don't use VR) .. no AI crews, just the flag person and the car going up. I'm guessing this is what you get. Not sure if it's a bug or designed that way.
Good luck! The custom championship still has issues. I recently got "stuck" after a few races where I could not click "Race".. so I lost that championship. I don't know of a cure.
I will be curious to see if you experience the same things.
This is one of the things I loved about GTR2. The co-drivers were good and you could adjust them.

Many thanks for you fast answer. Both points are really destroying the immersion of GT 3 Races! Hope they will fix it in an update soon. I think in ACC and Race Room these things work well, isn’t it so? Looking how LMU will handle this in their next patch…

Yes I suppose I can live without the opponents crews.. but they look silly haha. Even NR2003 had all of the other teams pit crews showing up and functioning. That was over 20 years ago.
But the co-driver issue is a game breaker for me. I really wanted to emulate IMSA racing in the US, where they have 2:40 races and are required to switch drivers at least once. This used to work great in AMS2 (2 years ago) but now it's just odd how my co-driver comes back into the pits so early lol.. I tried all of the settings I could (like deleting all pit strategies hoping he would stay out haha).
I have been jumping back into RaceRoom and hoping that AMS2 gets this sorted out but I don't hear alot of people complaining so maybe it's not a priority. Seems single championships are not the most important thing.
